In 2023, MOI Global proudly debuted its first-ever HeadsUp festival, uniting our EMEA, NAM, and APAC teams in their specific regions to pause, set their statuses to Away—and take a moment to reflect. The event featured a bustling agenda filled with captivating guest speakers, engaging workshops, and lively interactive sessions.

Beyond all else, HeadsUp '23 provided an invaluable opportunity to rekindle connections with peers and teammates, rallying the entire company as one—and creating some remarkable moments. Internally, we meticulously crafted the event's design, visuals, and all associated assets.
